Viewing Your Search History

The search History feature automatically saves your past queries and search results, making it easy to revisit previous research and findings. This helps ensure you don’t lose valuable insights and keeps your research workflow efficient.

  • Easy navigation: Effortlessly refer back to past questions, answers, and research topics.

  • Context retention: Continue multi-step queries without repeating information, visually tracking your search progression.

  • Seamless session management: Take breaks without worry—easily pick up right where you left off.


How to access your search history

  1. Click the History button with the clock icon on the left sidebar

    1. This will open the dedicated history page: https://consensus.app/history/


Managing your search history

Delete or Save to List

You can delete individual searches from your History view, or save them to a List.

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar

  2. Hover over a search and click the three dots

  3. Click Delete or Save to List

Delete All History

  1. Click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner

  2. Select Settings > Account to access consensus.app/settings/account/

  3. Click Delete all threads


How to go into Incognito Mode

When activated, none of your searches will be saved to your search history.

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner

  2. Toggle ON the "Incognito Mode" switch
