How to Pause or Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Click the profile icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Settings > Subscription.

  3. Click Manage > Cancel subscription

From here, you have two options:

  • To pause your subscription: use the dropdown menu to choose how long you'd like to pause, then click "Pause Subscription"

  • To cancel your subscription: click "Decline Offer" on the pause screen and answer the following prompts to complete cancellation.


FAQs

If I cancel my subscription, will I immediately lose Pro access?

No, you will still have Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Canceling your plan simply stops the renewal of your subscription and ensures no further charges.

Can I restart my subscription later?

Yes, you can upgrade to Pro again at any time through your profile and selecting Upgrade to Pro or by visiting our Pricing Page.

If I pause my subscription, can I resume earlier?

Absolutely, just click your profile icon in the bottom left corner > Settings > Subscription > Resume membership.
