Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies depending on your subscription type and applicable regional laws. Please review the details below to determine if you’re eligible for a refund.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Profile > Cancel plan. You will retain Premium access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will switch to the free tier.


When Are You Eligible for a Refund?

Monthly Subscription: You may request a refund within 72 hours of your purchase. Please include a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund so we can better understand and improve your experience.

Annual Subscription: You may request a refund within 5 days (120 hours) of your purchase. Please also include details of why you are requesting the refund.


EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you're eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. When submitting your request, please note that you're an EU customer so we can process your request accordingly.


How to Request a Refund

Please include the following in your refund request:

  • Full Name

  • Email address associated with your account

  • Invoice/receipt number

  • Brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

You can send your request to [email protected] or contact us through the in-app support chat:

  1. Sign into your at consensus.app

  2. Click the green circle with the "i" icon in the bottom-right corner

  3. Select 'Contact support'


Additional notes

  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

  • If you forgot to cancel, you may be issued a refund if it falls within the eligible window above.

  • If you contact us outside of the refund window, we may not be able to issue a refund.

  • If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund for any remaining prepaid service.
