Troubleshooting
Why won't my file upload?
If your file isn’t uploading, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
The file is not a PDF
The PDF is not a published research paper (Personal documents, drafts, reports, or other non-academic PDFs aren’t supported yet.)
The PDF is image-based or scanned rather than text-based
If you’re still having trouble, please reach out to our support team and include the PDF you’re trying to upload so we can take a closer look.
Notes
Any PDFs you upload to your My Library are private and only accessible to you, no one else can view or interact with them.
